My sister had done USG of abdomen & Pelivs - there is a remark given by the lab - DIFFUSE FATTY INFILTRATION OF LIVER - what does it indicate - pl guide why the remark? Any precaution or treatement

Kontak I read about it, it look like a side effect bcu of chemo toxins. ..I wish all will be fine...kindly discuss with ur onco....he may suggest you something for betterment.

Diffuse fatty infiltration is nothing much to worry about. Many healthy individuals have a fatty liver. It's not at all related to cancer. No precautions or treatment as such needed.
