I am a CA sufferer since 2010 (official); 2007 (unofficial) and I have 2 questions:

Is my lower back aching because of too much sitting or because of a fall?

Anyone have/use the Nordic walking sticks?

Thanks. L, N

Excuse my ignorance but I have no idea what CA is, but having been diagnosed with Lymphodema last year after beating breast cancer, nordic walking has come up as being good exercise for helping Lymphodema, hope that helps and I wish you well

Thanks Jennymary,

I d o not have cancer and somehow The Haven posted my question. CA stands for cerebellar ataxia and it has numerous causes. It is not as devastating, but close to MS and no picnic. Good luck to us all.... Thanx for your comments!
