I had reconstruction then the nipple reconstructed at a later time which is very realistic and have had the colouring tattoo around which was very good but four years later I have had to have a top up !! I feel it looks very realistic indeed go with what you feel right for you. I went to a session where the surgeon showed all the procedures available and the results !!
