Xeloda

I start Xeloda next week, this is my fourth new treatment in 2 yrs. I'm a healthy 67 yr old with breast cancer. ER/PR+ & HER2-+.01, since 05/2018. Was ned for 3 1/2 yrs. before it came back in 7/2022. How has it worked for some of you?

Hi my first episode 2003, 2nd 2006, 3rd June 23 this time HER2+ so still in preventive treatment. Worn out but I've had great care, should finish Herceptin end of year, just got bone infusion for couple of tears every 6 months. I'm thankful, blessed to be here. Best wishes

I was on xeloda until recently.. it controlled things very well for 18 months.. then a tiny progression. So now on IV chemo… I liked xeloda despite having HFS… as it didn’t leave me fatigued

Thank you. My next treatment after Xeloda fails is chemo IV also.

Please don’t worry about it.. I was sooo not wanting to start on IV chemo again… but it has not been bad at all… only once per month.
