Hi,cani ask if anyones decided to stop taking hormone tablets.I have tried so many and are in agony with leg pain I have decided to stop.

Hi there, have you tried turmeric with black pepper. My oncologist says it helps with leg pain in about 50% of cases - several friends have found it works - may be worth a try. amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01...

magnesium? Im on Tamoxifen and can get crippling leg cramps (I play a lot of sport) unless I toke the magnesium tabs They've saved me.

I refused it and changed my diet

So have had a vegan diet since 2001 and I am still healthy. Citrate Magnesium from a good company keeping me moving
