I had a mammogram, got call back, diagnosis asymmetry. have not gone back yet. any advice?

I am really frustrated. Got the call after closing, nurse assumed the radiology place already called me. Here I sit with no one to find out anything for me. The appointment girl said firs appt is 3 weeks out. Not acceptable, Any words of wisdom

Thank you. I did get a sooner appointment for this Friday. Its just you ladies are all my heroes and it just seems callous for a scheduling clerk to think I would wait 3 wks for a follow up. I say this knowing how concerned patients are about test results. I just retired from a Urology practice and we did not make our patients wait for results

Am glad you pushed it & got an earlier one. Sounds like the clerk isnt very aware of how worrying it is waiting for results. I had a two week wait.....longest two weeks out!!
