i have recently found a bump or lump in the upper region of my left breast . should i be scared ? i go next week to the gynecologist , i am scared to know what it may be ... ☹️

Gynaecologist will only tell you to go to the GP. If you have a lump you need to head to your GP Now, not leave it another week. The earlier anything is caught the better for you. It could also be something quite simple like a cyst, thus being nothing to worry about. Mine was found in the top of my left breast unfortunately mine was cancer. Do yourself a favour and make an appointment ASAP. xx

Important to get it checked out. Think of it as an opportunity. It was only through screening my early cancer was found as it was not on the surface. Your GP will get the referral done. Whatever it is better to know than worry.

Hello Unsure! Yes, definitely get that checked out! And no, you have no reason to be afraid. I know the mind wonders all over the place. One day a time this! For now enjoy yourself family and friends to the fullest! When appt time comes make sure you go. Take care of yourself!
