Brain Fog Almost Cured

Hi this is my first time ever posting up before, I been struggling with brain fog since young but more so since 14, I'm 22 now. I have allergic rhinitis too. However, I don't feel like I get sinus issues so I don't think this is the cause of my brain fog.

I came across a site to clear your sinusitis recently about rocking the roof of the mouth

with your tongue whilst massaging the sinuses it worked for a small duration of time, this cleared my brain fog for 2 days to a week but then the fog comes back. When I'm not in brain fog it may seem childish but I feel like I have superpowers that weren't tapped into.

Pre warning the next paragraph is very vulgar and nasty.

Prior to me clearing my brain fog temporarily I fasted for 24 hrs then did the breathing technique I found on the day, the breathing technique worked every time I did it I felt my bowels moving and had yellow stool diarrhea. I didn't have any brain fog for a week. Then I got a scab in my nose, it went away after a week. About 2 weeks later I did the same technique after eating a bit of chocolate then dry bread when I got home. Then I did the breathing technique, I had brown coloured diarrhoea and it cleared my brain fog again but this time for only 4 days maybe I consumed much dairy and gluten on the 3rd day but I'm not sure but then it came back again and I felt extremely low.

I'm trying to see patterns between the two times and the only ones I see are me having:

Brain Fog --- breathing technique --- diarrhoea---- brain fog cleared

Now I can say my bowels do feel tight and constipated. I might use prune juice.

I need a solution.

My possible ideas of why I have brain fog:

*unbalanced gut (gut microbe imbalance)

*parasites

*food intolerance

*lymphatic issue

*eustachian tube issue

Anyone who can help and reply will be truly appreciated, this wasn't easy for me to put up here but it's the truth.

There is a type of migraine variant that goes with gut issues. The post nasal drip you have without realizing it can’t be helpful. I would suggest focusing on a daily neti pot and keeping your bowels cleansed. You’re close to your answer.

Thanks for posting that. I have been dealing with unwanted/unabated spells of brain fog, sometimes slipping into a hyper-paralysis by analysis state. There are a lot of variables to consider with brain fog in that it's so ambiguous, and I'm glad to read that your head cleared up, literally!
