Concussion and ear pain

Hi, I'm new to this forum and was wondering if someone could please give me some advice.

I had a chair thrown at the back of my head at work on Friday and I went to A and E and it turns out its concussion and a neck injury. Been getting slight shooting pains in the opposite side of my head and when I'm on the phone or someone talking too loud it hurts my ear. Still feeling nauseous.

Has anyone else experienced this?
