Suffering from HG & daily Fainting episodes

Hey. Currently 27 weeks (2nd pregnancy). I had HG in my first pregnancy too but not as bad as this time around.

I am suffering from nausea and acid reflux but no vomiting. I started fainting 3 weeks ago on my way to drop my son at nursery and on my way to work. Since then I faint daily - if I’m standing more than 3/5 mins, after my meals, if I walk more than 10 mins, going up and down the stairs. I even had to put a stool in the shower as I can’t stay standing more than 2/3 min without feeling faint.

I am off work now and can’t do much than being in bed. I’m pretty miserable mentally and I can’t control physically what’s happening. I feel pretty hopeless and I feel like it’s taking away my life, who I am since I can’t do the things I love. I have had days when I wish I wasn’t pregnant.

Anyone out there with some tips on how you got through this?
