Positive pregnancy test now negative and bleeding

Hi there my period was late for 11 days did n pregnancy test gave me faint lines immediately and did a different test later the day also faint line but on 14 days late got a even fainter line and today 15 days late got negative test and back ache and some bleeding I’m I having a miscarriage please help !

Can you contact your early pregnancy unit for a check up? Sometimes bleeding isn't any, but it should always be checked out. If the bleeding is really heavy and you keep getting negative tests, then it is possible it's an early miscarriage. Good luck x

It not heavy bleeding my I never have heavy periods only 2 days my period is always I’m assuming it’s a miscarriage but doctor told me yesterday wait til next Friday 19 Feb so he can have a look on scan but I don’t know because he said can be miscarriage of the test change from faith positive to negative
