Hi
I foundout couple of weeks ago I’m pregnant and since Saturday I’m spotting so my gp sent me for a scan. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and they couldn’t see a heartbeat i was told it can come within 12 weeks. Please need advice I’m very stressed out now
