I’ve just found out I’m pregnant roughly 5/6 weeks they said. I have made my first appointments but I can’t stop worrying that something bad is going to happen, I suffer anxiety disorder and it’s just thought after thought. I can’t help but worry! Has anyone else been through this?

Hey, it's good news that you're pregnant... congratulations! Now all you need is to hold on the happy vibe and radiate it to get rid of the grim and gloomy feeling that overshadows your mind. I understand how you feel... I guess am dreading my IVF equally. Going for an IVF in 2 weeks and though it's like moving one step closure to success pondering on the odds is only making me more tensed up. But like the Biotexcom says worrying haven't done any good ever to any expectant mothers neither wannabe moms with a desperation for having a baby. I pretty much agree to it whether or not I'm able to abide by the words. So, take a deep breath chill and fill your mind will all the good that can happen... the feel of gestation as a bliss. Trust me you'll be able to overpower the fear, anxiety and restlessness you're going through. Consult the doc positively if you've already been on medication for anxiety disorder before continuing on that while being pregnant.
I’m currently 27 weeks and suffer with anxiety and depression. It’s been really hard but you just have to try and distract yourself. The first 12 weeks before you have your first scan is the hardest then after you’ve seen them for the first time you relax a little bit. Don’t forget that even if something does go wrong, you’re able to get pregnant! That’s the first hurdle a lot of women face
