Think I’m pregnant

I had sex January 4th and haven’t had my period since. It was protected sex, we used a condom and I am 99% sure that it didn’t split. However I am experiencing a number of symptoms and I have a bump (unsure as to whether it’s just a food baby or not lol). I did two pregnancy tests around 4 weeks after sex about a week apart and both came back negative. I have also done a number of home pregnancy tests (such as using bleach) and that has come back negative also. But I am still convinced I may be pregnant. I have no idea what to do from here and I’m really looking for some advice.
