Hi There,

A pregnancy test is usually accurate if a period is later, lighter, shorter than usual or doesn't come at all. It seems that you are not pregnant, but it may be worth waiting a week and testing again. Make sure you use the first pee of the day, and follow the instructions carefully. If it stills tests negative, go and talk through your symptoms and missing a period with a healthcare professional, as they can ensure and carry out any extra tests if necessary.

Best Wishes

Jules
