First Time Sex while suffering from PCOD

My boyfriend and I have been together for a couple of years and are madly in love with each other. We wish to have sex now and it will be a first time for both of us... Only thing which is stopping us is that i have PCOD and currently being treated for it. My boyfriend is worried if it will affect my health in any way that my gynecologist will get to know and also we are concerned that can my gynecologist get to know that i am no longer a virgin when she will performs ultrasound or pelvic checks or by any other means???

does it matter if your gynecologist knows your not a virgin we all have sex and as far as I know they won't be able to tell if you have sex

why would your gynaecologist knowing your no longer a virgin be a problem? I don't think they will be able to tell by ultrasound I think the main way would be internal examination but they don't do that, am I right in assuming your young, don't forget to use contraception

Do you mean polycystic ovaries? As firstly you should also consider using some form of contraception, to avoid an unplanned pregnancy, don’t assume you are infertile due to the PCO. And your doctor will only know about your sex life if you choose to tell them. Hope it goes well!
