Hi, I am 8 weeks pregnant with twins through ICSI and I couldn't be happier! But the nausea and tiredness is literally horrendous at the moment. I didn't want to tell work until I was 12 weeks, but it's getting increasingly hard to hide as I feel so ill!
How early have others told work they are pregnant? And how have you dealt with pregnancy symptoms at work? Any advice would be much appreciated!

The hormones that keep the pregnancy in place are responsible for the sickness, some women find a twin pregnancy can increase the nausea. I would go and speak with your GP who would be able to help with the symptoms and may prescribe some anti-sickness medicine, they could also sign you off for a few days if needed. Good luck.
It might also be in idea to have a look at Pregnancy Sickness support, they have a very useful website and helpline: pregnancysicknesssupport.or...
