My fiancé and I have unprotected sex virtually every day and we have had false pregnancies before; like I've had symptoms and we freaked out over nothing. Lately we have been trying and now I'm having abnormal symptoms for a period. My stomach as been hurting like cramps, but not as bad as usual. I'm also spotting lightly, but it's a light pinkish color instead of the usual blood red a period comes with. My boobs are getting REALLY sensitive and hardening, also I am peeing more often and my stomach is hardening, also according to my fiancé, the past few weeks I have been tighter as well. I know I need to take a test but I'm scared of seeing negative because we have been trying for a year and a half and still no luck. I get super depressed and I am just starting to give up. I just want to know if you guys think I'm pregnant or not, I know y'all aren't professionals, but I just want an honest opinion. Please don't tell me to just take a test, I will soon, when we get paid.

I don't know anymore
Hi there,
Oh I am so sorry you are struggling so much with trying to conceive. As it has been over a year, I think you should definitely go and speak to your doctor about this as they will be able to chat through your history and, if necessary, organise tests to check if anything is affecting your fertility.
All the symptoms you have described could be a sign of pregnancy, but it is impossible to tell for sure until you take a test. I'm not sure where you are based, but in the UK you can get free pregnancy tests from your GP or local sexual health clinic if that helps at all.
I know it must be stressful when you are so desperate to conceive, but all the anxiety might actually make it harder to fall pregnant, so try to relax if possible. I think making an appointment to see you doctor about this would be helpful.
I'm sorry I can't offer you a more definitive answer but I hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Katherine
So apparently it is just my period. Do you have any idea why I have these symptoms?
Some women do get these type of symptoms around the time of their period, so it could be related to your cycle. I think the best thing to do would be to make an appointment to speak to a doctor given the length of time you have now been trying. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Best wishes, Katherine
