I have been diagnosed in October. What appeared to be normal seems to be getting worse, a combination of events.

So i have altered my diet. Cereal now regular one day a week. Shreddies or shredded wheat-with alpen. Apple for lunch,

Veggies for tea with TTD sainsbury meals.

So how can i have had hard stools and lots of pain last night (Salmon Wellington) overnight.

Going to see my GP next week

We cannot diagnose you here. Hopefully your GP will send you to see a gastroenterologist . Good luck.
