I hope everyone is ok ? Well you know what I you can it's another weekend and these dark and miserable days and weather aren't getting you down to much!!!! I am not 2 bad today fairly goodish day for me still having a few problems but hey ho that's what IBS-Diverticular Disease does 2 people like us as all day I haven't been able to sit very comfy at all felt like sitting on rocks I am trying not to moan or groan to much as I am trying to be up beat but it's very hard work when you keep having this nasty pinching cramping and gnawing and pressure going on in my bum and the surrounding area and constant " urge" to poop all the time and being on&off the toilet every twing and tummy grumble and my pants and trousers up&down like a yo-yo and never knowing if I am coning or going Oh has anyone been told NOT to eat Brocolli? As the 1st low fodmap diet sheet I says I can but the last one that the Docs gave me last year says not to!!! any help please

I was also told to follow a low FODMAP diet following diagnosis of severe diverticulitis. This is the one I downloaded and printed off, keep in at hand and have followed for over a year. I find it helps keep me more or less flare-up free. Broccoli is one of the forbidden veg! Hope you feel better soon.
Thank you for this fodmap diet as I have looked through it and that is the one my Doctor told me to look at so I have that one printed out and stuck on the fridge Oh to be able to eat what we darn well liked as I find eating a bloody nightmare as I think we all do on this site so once again I thank you for responding take care and try to look after yourself please
