I’m worried I have IBS or something serious would really appreciate your opinions (i’m 23)

Hi! I’m new here. Really worried about the changes in my bowel movement. I’ve had really loose stools over the past week. Last night I went to the loo and pooped out water, my abdomen hurt a lot. I thought it was diarrhea so I drank loperamide. It’s been a day now and I haven’t gone to the toilet I felt bloated so I tried earlier to force a poop out and only a fee tiny drops came out. Got concerned with what I saw on the tissue. Has anyone experienced this before? Really worried my anxiety levels are kicking off huhu
