copd and dupixent

I was prescribed dupixent for copd. I’m wondering if anyone else with low eosinophils is breathing easier when taking this drug. At first they said they wouldn’t prescribe it unless I had high eosinophil, but now they’ve changed that to anyone with copd. I have heard many people with high eosinophils say it’s helped them tremendously, but I’m interested in the results of people with low eosinophils.
