does anyone know if antistamines effect the results of a urine sample, according to Dr Google they do,

Which webpage are you looking at? I have never heard this, although it will depend on what they are testing your urine for.

If you are referring to the first link on google searchwardelab.com/test/histamine...

then this is about a urine test for histamine, which obviously would be affected by taking antihistamines.

The only other results I can see are about testing urine for antihistamines, which is why I asked.

Can you just share the link of the page where you have read this? If not, I am sure whoever has requested the test would be able to advise you. Or maybe ask on the kidney forum?
