Pectus Carinatum/Pigeon Chest can it affect your breathing, leading to irregular breathing causing bad sleep 'patterns'? Any suggestions?

I've had pectus carinatum due to meningitis when aged 10 years old, I've always bad sleep, the deformed chest, lower on my right hand side, could they be linked? I am aged 68,[so too late to get it surgically altered] and have epilepsy and fractured/broken every rib in my body, especially in 2017, I fell off my exercise bike, and shattered my sternum, at least 5 ribs! Could taking oxygen at night help my breathing thus a more 'natural' sleep?
