Rib /chest pain

Hi I’ve had osteoporosis for 2 years now I’m taking zolendronic acid I’ve had bilateral fractures of l5/s2 found in 2021 and a recent rib fracture in 2023. I’m currently in horrendous pain now started in right chest and down same side to right shoulder, hurts when I’m breathing or moving, I’m ringing doctors today as I have had bilateral pleural effusion’s which were actually draining due to prednisone but I know this could be pleurisy also. I have had this pain in the past though but mainly in my ribs anyone else suffer with it?
