Decapeptyl SR and the side effects with other medications, which has caused such bad rib cage structure effects?

I have pectus carinatum/pigeon chest from when aged 10 left over from meningitis, I also have Juvenile Myoclonic Epilepsy, not a good mixture, as such have probably broken every rib in my already weakened chest? I was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer in 2022, but the Decapeptyl SR injections considerably weakened my rib cage structure which was already deformed, or could it have been metformin [or something similar that was being prescribed to me at that particular time in early 2023] , that caused this serious reaction, I have diabetes 2 as well? Looking for the possible guilty 'party' that has caused this life threatening condition?

Thanks ROSModerator I am what could be termed in a terminal position, somebody somewhere has made a couple of serious mistakes with my present state of health, rare conditions, incompetent hospital decisions, have led to me being in reality a terminal state. I am in no fit state now to push the various buttons and go through the various long winded apps. to get anywhere these days, the disconnected NHS in Northern Ireland are no real help to me either. The links of most of these health apps. are based in Mainland UK therefore no use to my very unusual medical history and unusual medical conditions and reactions to various medications.
