Hi Uglow, this is a free site. No one has to pay anything. It does not send out emails, it is a place to chat to people about your osteoporosis.

This might help you Uglow:

There are several reasons why you might not be receiving your HealthUnlocked email notifications.

A common reason is that their emails to you are being directed to your spam Inbox or being blocked by your email provider (e.g. yahoo, hotmail, gmail).

Another possibility may be that you have an incorrect email address linked to your HealthUnlocked account. You can verify this by following the steps below:

1. Click on your profile picture on the top menu and select "Settings".

2. Scroll down and verify that the correct email address is entered in the "Email address" section

3. If you make any changes, make sure you click "Save changes" before leaving the page

If you need more help I suggest you send an email to HealthUnlocked: support@healthunlocked.com

You definitely shouldn’t ever have to pay any money to join any or as many of the many sites on Healthunlocked. It’s basically a chat room free to people who want to discuss their various conditions. No money is involved for Healthunlocked.

You can of course decide to become a member of something like the Royal Osteoporosis Society or Thyroid U.K. or the NRAS but in that case you would be sent something like a membership magazine.
