It is always best to get the amount of daily calcium you need from your daily diet. If, after discussing this with your doctor and he agrees you include enough calcium in your diet there is no need to be prescribed calcium tablets. You would only need the prescribed Vitamin D tablets.
yeah but how do I know if I am absorbing calcium and nutrients, the 30mgs of lansoprazole I take might be stopping me absorbing them.
