Get your vitamin D level checked and the vitamin D council recommends keeping it mid lab range so supplement if needed then retest in a few months to ensure you do not exceed the top of the lab range. Get a print out of your result from GP. Do not rely on their say so.
Running is the best exercises to prevent bone loss according to research which was shown on a BBC program last year. And you could include resistance exercises.
Fibromyalgia is not a disease, it is a symptom if you ensure all vitamin levels are optimal the fibro symptoms may clear up. You will have to do your own research on vitamins as the NHS does not seem to know anything or if it does then it dies not advise unless seriously below range. Ask GP to check Vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 and ensure they are at good levels, not simply anywhere in range.
You need to ensure excellent stomach function to ensure proper vitamins absorption. Check out probiotic foods. Could be trial and error.
