Thank you everyone that took time to reply to my post. I am making an appointment with an endocrinologist to see if there are other issues. I agree that taking pharmaceuticals are not the answer. Appreciate the support as I am totally overwhelmed with this as fitness is my business and can't afford a hip fracture.
