From an attendee of our Love Your Liver for Black History Month workshop last week.
"I very much enjoyed last week's seminar on liver cancer. Although I don't have liver cancer, back in October 2012, my liver was attacked by three different autoimmune diseases that had me on the liver transplant list for a minute. Actually for 3 months. By the grace of GOD, my liver responded to the treatment prescribed by my hepatologist, and I was removed from the transplant list on January 1, 2013. I couldn't understand it because I've never done ANY drug, and I don't drink alcohol.
I am checked for liver cancer every 6 months. In listening to the seminar, I learned a couple of new things that I did not know. Your presentation was well put together and informative. Again, I enjoyed it very much."
Makes my heart glow!
