I take one Nifedipine 90MG ER a day for hypertension. The pills, mfg. by TWI, don't dissolve in my body. They have a very hard plastic-feeling coating and don't dissolve in water either. I did read that you could dissolve them in water and drink them. I put one into a glass of water last night and it is hard as a rock. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor told me to take it by itself, which hasn't worked either.
