Hi resting rate should be 60 - 100 resting rate?

I have monitor on my watch & was 120 whilst sleeping 😱 came up as alert! I take it that’s not normal & should tell my GP? I already had an ecg and was told my heart was fine. My bp 148/87 and was 200/108 but now on meds. Thanks 🤔

My bp now is 143/87 so much lower since taking 10 mg amlodipine - was just concerned as one night my monitor recorded my heartbeats per min as 120 and resting rate is 60 - 100 bpm
