When's the best time to take statins please? Any views?

Ahh thanks I thought that but on leaflet it says take anytime, I think it gives me, nightmares when I take at night

you are supposed to do a lot of walking i hr per day or exercise when on these meds and drink lots of water the body gets used to them after time eddie
