1st day out

Went and got my car out of the garage 1st time since the snow, it is a bit windy but not really cold. We are going to do a bit of shopping and go to the bottle bank. Since I have come back in I have done nothing but cough.

I think it will be a while before I get used to varying temperatures again, we have been keeping the house at 21 in the day and 18 at night and it is only 8 outside at the moment.

Wind can often have this affect especially if you are a mouth breather. Remember the scarf trick if you are going out. A scarf is good to use when exposure to conditions are unavoidable, ie very windy weather, cold, dust, smoke etc etc. if you react to any of these and most with damaged lungs do.

Enjoy your trip out.

I have been coughing quite a bit. Agree with the scarf, so why is it do I always push it out of the way. I cant say I enjoy this weather but the upside is for me, not so many infections. Touch wood.
