BRITISH LUNG FOUNDATION MAGAZINE

I subscribed to the British Lung Foundation magazine but have not heard anything at all from them, no leaflets, pamphlets whatsover. They confirmed receipt of my money but that is all. Does anyone on the site know what happens once you become a paid member.

Hi

Once you have paid your subscription you should receive a welcome pack around 2 weeks later. If you haven't then I would suggest you speak to the BLF Membership office on 020 7078 7924. Or email your details to helpline@blf.org.uk and we will chase it up for you.

Thanks

Mark

Hi

I'm Bryony and I look after the BLF membership scheme. You should have received a welcome pack from us, and I'm very sorry that this hasn't reached you. Please give me a call on 020 7078 7919, or email me at membership@blf.org.uk and I'll make sure the details we have for you are correct and get the pack sent out to you asap.

Kind regards,

Bryony
