Lung nodules

Hi everyone,

I have had a CT angiogram scan snd they discovered incidentally 3 nodules 7 & 9mm and are referring me to pulmonary MDT to see what they advise.

I have been having chest and back pain randomly and thought it was angina but apart from 80% plaque in one artery im just being advised to go on Statins and theres no heart disease which is very good news.

But now im a little concerned about this new problem-ive got mild to mod COPD.

Anyone else had this problem?

These nodules are difficult. Most are benign but what normally happens is that they repeat the scan in three/six months to see if it has grown, shrunk or disappeared.

Yeah im sure it will be this sort of outcome watch and see-its good to be able to share even if we dont have all the answers-thanks for replying.

I have nodules. They repeated the scan and they had stayed the same after 3 years so they discharged me.
