I can't upload Photo's at the Moment...YOU All must have seen the Wonderful and Emotional "Fly Over" Yesterday Instigated by Tony. Those Great 10 American Airmen who Lost their Lives in Sheffield by averting their "Mi Amigo" to avoid Children Playing in the Park. Tony, who Watched it happen as a Boy, is 82 years of Age now, has made a Dream come True for all the Relatives of the 10 & The Proud Folk of Sheffield. You Deserve a Medal Tony. Love & Respect to You. xxxxx

Hi, what a gentleman, all those years looking after the airmen, good job Dan stopped to talk the morning he was walking his dog., and so a brilliant fly past was arranged. Certainly makes a great change to the doom and gloom we usually get on the news. Fabulous. Have a happy weekend. Jane🛫🛩

Tony is absolutely amazing. What a dedicated and modest man. Dan Walker has also been amazing and I did think it a little disingenous from the ITV overage I saw that Dan wasn’t mentioned (maybe I missed it). It made me cry and I feel sad that he holds so much guilt. As I understand it he has permission for his ashes to be placed at the memorial with his ‘family’ as he calls his lads.

Yes I saw it with them but later saw it on ITV but it put me off how they never mentioned Dan, so thereafter I always watched anything to do with it on BBC.

Dan was in Tanzania preparing to climb Kilimanjaro for comic relief, made it easy for ITV to ignore him! It was a very touching occasion
