Because we are all completely different and our ailments are completely different, telling you what I do would not help you much. That was the point of my message. You need to put the effort into finding out what is the best course of action for you personally by experimenting with the various methods available. The difference between folk who make progress and those that don't, is usually due the to amount of self-help they have been able to apply.

Crumbs! That's going back a bit, Spit the Dog. I don't have that problem with Midge, but I do get a bit worried about her drink problem.
