I've been coughing up a lot of phlegm since a bout of pneumonia 4 months ago. Is this normal or should talk to my doctor?

It can take a long time for that phlegm to clear but yes I would check with the GP after new year. I would suggest he take a sputum sample and send it for analysis to see if there's ny bacteria.
