hi everyone not been on for a while now , but do follow the posts on my e ,mail , see we are still up& down with great advice as usual , may I ask for some advice today please , this is my second year with copd , at the moment my cough seems to be a real problem ,nights are the worse , ,had to lots of antibiotics & steroids , I don't struggle to breathe I wheeze to breath , lol , days not to bad , but hate night times , ant tips please x thankyou

Hi Caz, nice to see you posting again. Sorry you are having trouble at night with that cough, do you have your radiator on on your bedroom at night? I used to but found the heat made me cough. Try turning it off see if that helps. Let me know love Bernadette 😳 xxx

I have COPD and caught the nightmare cold that's doing the rounds in Cheshire. I found sleeping with my pillow raised on a firm cushion has helped to stop the coughing at night.

Hi Caz doctor gave me something called montilukas to take at night it keeps your airway open, or if your constantly coughing try taking cough medicine like night nurse see if that helps you hope you feel better x

hi tracy ,I just looked &I was given monteiukast 4 days ago , I didn't realize it was called that , so early days but I'm giving it a try , thank you x
