Thanks for the link.......I have just listened to a meditation to help alleviate pain......and looking at my exercise bike whilst lying in bed.

I will get up and cycle soon, but it's freezing cold .

I’ve been cooking boiled chicken, brocolis and courgettes .. my daughter is sick..trying to boost her system up!! And blueberries for dessert!!

Watching movies on itunes at the same time. A nice day at home..
