Liverpool walks - seven hills in seven weeks.

We received the email below from Bike Right!

They are organising seven walks around seven hills in Liverpool. The walks have an instructor who will share information on the local history of each hill.

Please see the information below, unfortunately the first walk was last Wednesday, but there are six more to have a go at.

I personally think it sounds great but unfortunately work takes priority!

The walks are weekly, on a Wednesday morning 10am to 1pm , starting on Weds 8th June and continuing until the last walk on Weds 20th July.

We will be using a mix of BikeRight! walk leaders and volunteers to deliver the events, and each walk is themed on the local history of each area of Liverpool being explored.

There will be competitions, local talks at some of the venues, and a chance just to meet up, get out and get active.

Hills .. kills me to walk up Even have trouble going up disabled ramp at doctors .. just the thought of one induces fear dread EVEN panic attacks.

Am not on oxygen but reading this think I might need some
