They are beautiful. They are so active! They run up & down the trees, race across the lawn, chasing each other. They play rough & tumble on the grass with each other.

When we come into the driveway in the car, we always stay inside & sit watching them. They never cease to amuse us with their antics 🐿

Neil Burton certainly takes his time to get just the right shot.

Either that or he does like me and uses a motor drive so I can fire of bursts of 5, 10, 20 shots at a touch of the trigger. Then I spend hours trying to decide which frame is the one to keep 😆

I don't either,Rubyred777... But a great pic!I love the lil buggers!they are so social once they get to know you.one squirrel would come by my kitchen window to ask for a peanut!i had a trellis there it climbed to let me know he wants a peanut!adorable or what!!??

My sons dog was crying to go on a walk...so my hubby just went out with Ollies...aka Oliver.Oliver loves,loves to get out and about!can't blame him!he's like me,social! My husband tells me he stops at every tree,bush,and other dogs they meet on their journey.

My son slept in today,so we fed Mason ,his cat,and I injected his insulin for him.Mason is a real sweetheart. I will try and post their pics for you to see!

I read somewhere that red squirrels can survive in evergreen/conifer woods but greys can't. Thetford Forest in Norfolk has a red squirrel breeding programme and they are gradually releasing them into the wild.
