Following on from the success of my last post regarding Dr Don Mahler website I wanted to share another link with you all. It's for the website of the uber cool Dr Noah Greenspan from the Pulmonary Wellness Centre in New York City.
A particular aspect of Dr Greenspans site worth exploring is the webinars section covering many areas from mucous clearance to breathing techniques.
I particularly enjoyed the most recent webinar with the respected Mark Mangus RRT who covers amongst other things myths regarding pursed lip breathing such as having to breathe through ones nose.
These are all free videos and are also on YouTube for you to access anytime.
