Hi everyone I hope all OK, just really want to let everyone no how I'm getting on with dysfunctional breathing pattern, well im on my 4th session and it's very interesting and also it has been recognised that my symptoms are all down to this dysfunctional breathing it will take me quite along time to get to breath properly again, I have also found myself a clinical phcoligist who is going to help me overcome my ocd of thinking about my breathing. And last of all I have attached a link to my page the walking man it's on Facebook I started this 2 years ago in hope to find others like me who suffer mental ilnesses I also do live video blogs inspiring quotes and I also raise alot of awareness for mental health im on a jorney of being a hypnotherapist next year and to try and finish my book the hardest walk so if you like come and like my page all the best
