Just getting ready to go off on my second holiday this year, all meals supplied and service on call 24 hours a day and all on the free, what more can I ask for. So speak to you all later when they get sick of me and set me free, so till then look after yourselves and behave now.
I was thinking what would have happened if the three wise men were replaced with the three wise women. THEY would have asked directions, arrived on time, helped deliver the baby, cleaned the stable, made a casserole and brought practical gifts.
But what would they have said when they left.... ?
"Did you see the sandals Mary was wearing with that gown?"
"That baby doesn't look anything like Joseph!"
"Virgin, no way I knew her in school!"
"Can you believe they let all those animals in the house?"
"I hear Joseph hasn't even got a job!"
"And that donkey they are riding has seen better days, too!"
"And do you want to bet how long it will take to get the casserole dish back?"
Right my lovely friends, so long its been good to know you, but I'll be back soon, so keep a seat for me and Suzy (W) you stay out in the front of the parade with that positive flag flying.
