Was in therapy this week and the therapist came up to me and said I have improved since I started as I was only lifting 2 bars now doing 4 bars which is good he said I felt good when the therapist said that to me so I said if I am doing good why do I still get attacks and out of breath when I do something at home or go shopping therapist said to me how should I now I am not the therapist i am hear just like you are .so why have you got that coat on then as it was hanging around
