Pelvic floor exercises helps if female? But males were stuffed tying a knot in end is about all can do
Yes female - have tried pelvic floors ad nauseum to no avail Sorry for the poor males! Though I understand that pelvic floor can also help them (Not sure how!!!)
Pelvic floor muscle exercises also help men. They have those muscles too! Women often have more weakened PFM because pregnancy and childbirth stretches them but even women who have not had children and men can have weakened PFM. There’s an app developed by the NHS called Squeezy. There are two separate apps, one for women and one for men. The app helps you keep up daily PFM exercises. PFM exercises help improve “stress incontinence” but there’s also “urge incontinence” (suddenly feeling a strong urgency to wee, often before bladder is completely full) which is caused by an overactive bladder muscles. bladder training can help. There’s lots of advice on the internet about bladder training and is can be very effective. An overactive bladder can be caused by enlargement of the prostate which is common in men as they get older. You perhaps should go to the GP to have your prostate checked out, to rule out prostate cancer. And bladder training will really help. Best of luck. Remember you’re not alone. I am open about my incontinence problem (overactive bladder) and I’m amazed how many people then tell me they also have a problem!
Hi mine is a lot to do with spine/nerves. lower discs and some cauda equina going back for another study later in year! covid put stop to it for now
Also Fibro and Raynauds cause issues.
