PVCs and Trigemny

I had a cryoablation 3 1/2 years ago for AF which was successful. No AF since. During the last three years I’ve had periods where I’ve had ectopics which have not been bothersome . Often during a cold or infection. For the last five or six weeks, I’m getting almost constant PVCs. Not really causing me physical problems apart from keeping me awake at night. Sometimes my Kardia indicates Trigemny. Been confirmed by cardiologist. I’m taking carvidilol but it’s really not helping much. Wondered if anybody else has had similar issues.
